Club Rules ?

Hey all, just wondering if there is a list of club rules available to help new players get up to speed on the local rules used for games etc. Including rules like loading magazines in the clubhouse, filling gas in the clubhouse, spawning rules etc ..
I know these can be gone over pre game etc but would be great to learn the basic stuff first, then game/scenario specific stuff as required.
Kind of looking for something similar to:
